Lydie is an Executive coach since 2008. Prior to coaching, She had 16 years of industry experience including 11 years in automotive, assuming responsibility for the audit management of DAX30 company, Continental, with a focus on process audit and continuous improvement. She also worked 5 years in Pharma and Retail. Lydie is an expert in leadership development without authority and specializes in personal and professional development, change management and restructuring, including post-merger integration. Lydie's executive coaching is focussed on reaching organizations and people goals using Biography Analysis, Positive psychology, Emotional intelligence and Systemic business constellation.


Dr. Nannette Reuther
Director of Diversity & Inclusion
Nannette is a Systemic and Executive coach. A former Director at Deloitte, Nannette worked with C-suite members and executives at global and international companies in various industries in the areas of Risk Management, Project Management, Human Resources, Change Management and Training. She also headed Diversity & Inclusion for Deloitte’s Swiss offices. Previously, Nannette co-headed the chair of Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources at the European Business School (EBS) in Germany. She also co-authored several other books and articles. As a mother of 6 Nannette’s special area of focus and expertise is parental and maternity coaching for prospective and present parents, coaching for young professionals and students as well as executive coaching for females.


Jane Kueppers 
Director of Health Management
Jane is a Systemic coach. She gained extensive experience in Human Resources development. She worked for 6 years in Asia, conducting health and resilience workshops. For Heraeus Bildungsstiftung she developed projects to enhance the professional development and interpersonal skills of teachers and school managers. She is an expert in this field.
Using this expertise at IPD, she  designs personal development trainings for organizations and schools. Jane's work today is focussed on Mindfulness and Team development.

Dr. Milena Noll
Director of Knowledge-Transfer
Milena works as an experienced lecturer at Goethe University in Frankfurt, consultant and coach. At IPD she focuses on consulting methodology and diversity, as well as designing workshops. She is a link between theory and practice as she is well experienced in both fields, focusing on transferring and using the knowledge. ​Milena's german book: "Sexualisierte Gewalt und Erziehung" explains the impact inside families and future generations due to sexual violence within the own family. She uses her profound pedagogical knowledge in her work.
